Ordering Prints

You can browse individual print collections or search for a print using a subject keyword. The online gallery has a very useful search tab on the right of the screen. Simply type in a subject such as "tiger" or "elephant" and all the relevant prints will display.

When you find the photograph you wish to buy, simply click on the "Buy This Print" button and select the required size and product option. From there, you can also email me directly and request a quotation for a specific size.

Secure payments are made with any major credit or debit card or through Stripe and PayPal secure gateways. (Note: You do not require a PayPal account to use this secure payment service). BACS payments can also be arranged, if required.

There is a standard production time of up to 2 weeks, although the vast majority of orders are delivered within 10 days. This includes the time for the print to be produced, individually assessed by hand, carefully packaged and dispatched.

Before your purchases leave the print lab, they are covered in a protective wrap and then placed in art-secure packaging. For large formats and panoramas, specially designed crates will be used to package your items. Art Shipping professionals from major couriers will then transport your purchases from the print lab directly to you.

Taking Care of Your Prints

A few recommendations for looking after your new prints. You can dust your framed print with a non-fuzzy, soft, dry cloth (microfiber, for example). To allow you to enjoy your wall art for a long time, please do not use glass cleaning products under any circumstances, either for mountings on backing board (Dibond) or under acrylic glass. Please also avoid putting pressure on the surface when wiping.

Always where gloves when you handle bare unmounted prints, so you don't cover them with finger marks. The oils and microbial life on your fingers can also degrade the print and paper over the years. Photographic prints should be displayed, so try not to hide them away in a drawer. As long as you take care of the prints, it will last a lifetime.

Always invest in a high-quality frame or mount, using UV protective glass to protect the print from bleaching UV light. To preserve the colours and lustre of your prints, avoid hanging them in direct sunlight or above a heat sources, like a radiator. You should also move your prints periodically, to alter the direction of light falling on them.
